T-Mobile Wing / run Mogul - address the T-Mobile Wing or Sprint Mogul (CDMA Version of the Wing) I absolutely LOVE MY WING!!!after flashing the ROM it works pretty fast and the ability to have a telecommunicate and a take pc is worth the change in screen size and processor speed. Although if DELL decided to make a phone with the go and cater of the axim it would be better than the WING. I've got a run Mogul (same difference but with EVDO go). My former PPC was an Axim X30. It only took me a year to figure out that the base functionality of the Axim was crippled by lack of "anywhere" net access. GPS Talk - Led by Super GPS Geek. JakeRich we can find out where we are with our Axim ! ARRRGHHH! Can anyone tell me why OCN6 doesn't seem to accept my Holux CF unit? I've tried a few things this site suggested already. (none seem to be working) and I'm at my wits end here. Any suggestions?Thank you!!! What port setting are you using? Hi there. I have an Axim x50 running Windows Mobile 5. I've been successfully using Destinator 6 with a Dell-branded bluetooth GPS unit but have changed to the Globalsat BC337. I started setting it up yesterday but while I've been able to get the BC337 to display satellite info with the included GPSInfo program for WM5. I'm not quite sure how to get it working with Destinator 6. The GPSInfo programme seems to be using Com turn 4. When I go into the Windows Mobile 5 'GPS' data management create by mental act I've set the hardware port to this one. I've tried various others for the 'GPS programme port' and then used each port setting in Destinator 6 as the obtain for the info but I'm getting a communicate in Destinator 6 saying 'GPS Antenna not open.' When I do a scan of the ports it can't find it either. To summarise. Globalsat's GPSInfo create by mental act can see the BC337 and get readings but I'm not sure how to get Navigator 6 to work with it. Any suggestions? Thanks in go. Hebrews 2:1 (NIV) From your description I cannot express exactly but only one application at a measure can use the GPS data object for the GPS management software you mentioned. I don't run WM5 so I can't communicate to that exact utility but if GPSInfo is started and then you blast up the utility the utility cannot see the GPS data because GPZInfo already has it blocked. So I declare you make sure nothing is running (soft define works nicely for that) then fire up the utility and set it to see Com4 forward it to whatever you be and then try first GPSInfo and then D6 to see if they can now see the data. __________________be to experience about GPS? Does anyone experience if a Dell Axim Folding Keyboard for the X5 ordain bring home the bacon on the X51?Thanks! You will need a bluetooth or infrared keyboard in request for it to work with different pdas. One with a close on the furnish will only plug into that device. I query though if it is possible to mod the plug so it would close into another device. Since I just got a Mogul to regenerate my cell phone. I've decided to sell my Dell Axim x50v. I also have a Seidio Car attach for it as well. Axim is running WM5 but I will perform a hard reset before delivering it to you. I used the device mainly as a GPS device and it is in really good shape. I'm asking $150 for the Axim and ordain impel in the attach for free. I have a couple of things that are plaguing my x51v. I have spb mobile shell and formerly had wisbar go but deleted wisbar. Now I get an error message each measure I turn on the axim saying that wisbar can not be found. Where do I sight the settings to get rid of this? I am also recently getting notification sounds and the flashing power add but can't sight the source no appointments tasks or alarms be. This continues after soft define. What gives? I would appreciate any ideas. I can help with the wisbar I think. Use file explorer and be in the windows startup folder and remove the shortcut to wisbar if it's there. If not I advise downloading sk tools (there's a trial) and run it to sight any bad shortcuts or registry entries that were missed during the uninstall. It may change surface back up with the notifications as well. I would definitely recommend a maintenance software such as sktools or memmaid. They are definitely worth the money over the long term memmaid in my opinion is much less agressive but it is also safer although sktools always offers you an option of backing up up prior to making a change. However look out the option is located on the menu it doesn't pop-up to remind you. I have both and use them regularly. I can back up with the wisbar I think.
