Here's my problem. Hopefully someone can back up. Tivo customer support could not. They advise calling Rhapsody support instead. I figured I would check here first. Starting the Rhapsody application gives the following error almost immediately. It has done this for about a week. Per Tivo give. I pulled the plug restarted tried again but received the same error:Operation FailedFunction getAccountProperties returned a faultsoapenv:com real common ebi exception. BusinessLogicaException - XXXXXXXXXXXXXX : Failed to get memberId correspondingto GUID:null cobrand: XXXXXI X'ed out the numbers just in inspect it gives some be info. Pressing decide on the remote brings me back to the menu with all the networking applications. Anyone else undergo this problem? Any suggestions? The only thing I evaluate is wrong is that I have an account through Comcast (existing subscriber) and not directly from Rhapsody or Tivo. It stopped working about a week ago. Prior. I could log in just book.
I checked and mine has the same type error message. In my inspect it is probably the remove 30 days has expired and with the way Rhapsody has been working (NOT) on my system I decided to wait to bid. If I read from others that Rhapsody starts functioning on the Tivo as advertised I will probably sign up the way it is now is just too frustrating.
I get the exact same error message. I called Rhapsody give two weeks ago and was told for some reason there are two accounts with my e-mail address. I was a former Urge customer so I undergo a feeling my be got eff'ed up when they converted over. Well of course the problem wasn't resolved on the first call. I called again this evening and they said for some reason there are two accounts with my telecommunicate address so again he said he deleted the second telecommunicate address. I guess well see if it's fixed this measure. BTW when you label support you get India and in the several calls I have placed it takes them a while to figure out that a Tivo isn't a computer and that Tivo calls must be transfered to aim 2 support.
Did anyone ever get this problem fixed. I'm still having this problem. Level 2 at Tivo consolidated my two accounts and I comfort get the error communicate. It occurred when I had to change my telecommunicate user name on Rhapsody. I don't experience how to get Rhapsody to function through TIVO. It only sees the old obsolete user e-mail.
