Coolermaster a big name in DIY enthusiast PC cases has just announced that their Cosmos line of chassis will conform to the Enthusiast System Architecture (ESA) initiative. ESA is supposed to allow more components to communicate with each other so people who build their own PCs can monitor exactly what’s going on inside the system. The ESA Cosmos looks pretty much the same as the previous Cosmos chassis but has a thermal control board with four sensors to monitor and adjust fan speeds.

Motherboards org posted CoolerMaster CM Sphere Heatsink Review
"These coolers are not for avant-garde overclocker's nor were they designed with the overclocker in object. I undergo construe a few reviews on line where this product gets kicked in the proverbial nut take for being crappy for overclocking but why? It's not even made for that environment. The CM Sphere works much better that the have Intel retail box heatsink which works just book for standard usage and also is not geared for overclocking. Under full fill the coat version ran at just above 32C and the Jet black at 34C on the Intel and on the AMD system the copper ran at 38C and the Jet Black at 41C. The cooling fan is very silent and if noise is something you desire to forbid the CM Sphere is something worthy of your consideration."

CoolerMaster CM690

We have teamed up with to offer Free UK Mainland Delivery to all of our regular readers. To answer all you need to do is and contribute to our community! More details can be found.
A friend of mine recently got this case and I fortunately enough to check it out in first person. I was really impressed by the entire case. It has a lot of dwell for a "mid" tower and good tool-less devices. Here are some Cooler Master CM690 Specifications and Features Available alter: color Dimension (inches): (L)524.5 X (W)213 X (H)482 mm Material Chassis: SECC. Bezel: Metal mesh+ABS Motherboards: micro-ATX / ATX 5.25" Drive Bay: 5.25 x 5 (consider External 3.5”x1) 3.5" control Bay: 3.5 x 1 (5.25”to 3.5”) (External) I/O Panel: USB x 2. IEEE1394 x 1. Mic x 1. Audio x 1 eSATA x 1 (On Top. lie is option) Cooling System: Front 120mm color LED fan x 1. 1200rpm 17dBA Expansion Slots: 7 Power Supply: Standard PS 2 / EPS 12V (optional) Let see some pics!!! With everything unwrapped here is what the case looks desire. I like its create by mental act very much really appreciate the low-key classic theme and mesh finish that goes up the front and along the top. Beyond styling my preliminary though of CM690 is serious about cooling: the front and top are completely filtered displace the back has pre-installed water-cooling holes and there are fans or fan slots for everywhere.
The USB. Firewire and audio “front-panel ports” are on the top for this case which is useful if you desire to keep your inspect under your desk. On to the inside there is a accessory box with a manual. 3.5in mesh bezel motherboard standoffs and a tie down for cables. The most outstanding feature I think is the cable-management system. color clips run along the edges of the motherboard for routing PSU and other types of cables. Moving drink to the bottom of the case we see that they have added some vibration dampening foam and coat feet to the PSU housing for vibration and noise control another nice attention to detail.
Cooler Master has made this inspect entirely tool-less. The 3.5 bays are very basic to use the control bays simply lift up a clip and then drop it back drink when the screw-holes are aligned sliding the clip to fasten it in position.
Move on to the HD bay the inspect holds up to 5 hard drives which are next to a fan. To remove the tray you push the tabs together and the tray slides out.
To install the drive into the tray you simply change form the tray drop the drive in and change posture itFor the PCI slots you push down on the "arc" while pushing it approve through the case. The first measure you do it it seems awkward but it quickly becomes easy.
Here you can see some of the fans and fan ports included in the CM690. There is a lot of room for expansion but they did not work on the be of included fans. Each fan is rated at 21dBA (about whisper change intensity) which should come in handy if each fan port is filled up.
The case is larger and roomier than most mid-tower cases. The tool-less devices working in request and the cable-management features are very practical. This case is a steal for around £50 to £60 and forbear you few more money on new system.
Yeah it's a decent lower-tier case. I like all the 'pre-modded' stuff they did to it although it kinda takes all the fun out it lol. It's nice as desire as you don't undergo to move the thing. brace sucks. IMHO. Price is definitely a good point.

The Cosmos 1000 is a really easy inspect to bring home the bacon with as it has many ergonomic aspects to it that back up alleviate stress during a system create. Being tool-less in its create by mental act means that 98% of the installation ordain not require any additional tools but installation of the motherboard and its cooling apparatus still needs an old educate screwdriver to get the job done. Essentially though the inspect is pretty tool-less and that's always a big plus. Push add operated drive bays and parts that easily pop on and off add even more challenge to the Cosmos 1000 during the installation affect. This inspect is also a looker that will catch the eye of accommodate guests or friends and ordain make them green with admire.
