come up he's the CEO of O2 so sounds pretty convincing that new data plans are about to hit. The device does be pretty but to be fair its more than just looks. The OS is very slick and has the sort of usability that we won't see in Windows Mobile for a while yet. That said. I wouldn't buy one. Too many missing functions and I don't mean 3G. But the way I look at it - its raised the bar and MS will be looking very closely at it. Would Vista be as good as it is without OS X? I doubt it. So now WM has something to aim at. You can bet anything you like that what you can see now in the iPhone will be not too dissimilar to what we get with WM7. I certainly hope so.
OK OK I'll admit to buying an iPod Touch.. yes the OS is very slick and works smoothly. There's apparently not a lot of difference between the Touch and iPhone OS apart from the odd annoyance like an uneditable calendar on the Touch itself....
