. and micro atx boards run basically just as well as an ATX board. We use a micro atx &lt;a href=&#039;http://board.wordsblogs.com/&#039;&gt;board&lt;/a&gt; in our 1U gaming server. It has onboard video and lan and we don&#039;t need the PCI/Pci-e/AGP slots.
