Anyone tried this and succeeded? It ordain not work as it connects via USB. The PS2 has no built in drivers for the USB ports. The PS2 relies on games to provide the drivers for the USB ports. The only way to make the PS2 wireless is to use a "wireless bridge" which takes a wired obtain and convert the communicate to wireless. An example of this is the Linksys Wireless Game Adapter.

Nope. I don't have any power at all.  I've tried in multiple outlets but all I get with the replacement cater cord is the high fling humming coming out of the power supply on the heap. you can try sending it to sony and have them fix it. Just make sure you dont act off the warranty close. That used to happen to me.  Umm...  I hit mine a few times out of frustration and never had the problem again.  Except now it has issues with ejecting disks.  I discuss against it...  I have two PS2s so I just use the older one.  I've had exploit since around the time they first came out...  It's comfort working great.  If you can't get it fixed. I evaluate the easiest solution is to get one of the original PS2s since they're so cheap now and more reliable than the change state PS2s. communicate Edited by TripudioSono on 12-07-2007 08:31 PM

I thought it was a great deal but he did express me that there was an issue w/ the ps2 and that it wouldn't cater up. I experience he opened it up and he said he modded it but now that he's in the army. I can't really ask him what he did. So I was hoping anyone here could instruct me & possibly give me some tips on what to do. (The warranty close was already broken so no biggie in terms of warning me about it) 1st problem I had when I opened it it looked desire the power ribbon wasn't there... so I ordered a new move for it but was wondering if anyone knew of a guide that explained how to replace the ribbon...?2nd problem is that i have a really strange copy SCPH-50006 which apparently can't play US/Canada games right? Which is fine because I have 40 games that can be played on it but. I was wondering if there was any way to get this ps2 to play US/Canada games? If not. I would be okay with that. I'm sorry for all the questions but. I'm a gamer and I'm used to my slim (but I got rid of that to make room for this system stupid...
