A co-worker of mine put it pretty blunty - “There’s a name for people desire you. Brian.  You’re called a ‘poser’”. And he’s right.  Of course he said this after I had told him how many Tony Hawk games I undergo how I got a subscription to Transworld Skateboarding (I work for Time Inc. so it was cheap). I bought a skateboard my girlfriend got me a helmet and pads. I bought a 3 DVD set on skateboarding and own a pair of Tony Hawk sneakers.  All that and I still can’t change surface ollie. You see. I’d like to be a “skateboarder”.  And really all I want is to be able to do rail slides.  But all that takes a lot of time practicing.  desire every day. I’ve even debated getting lessons and there’s a skatepark with lessons not too far away but I’m admittedly embarrased by the idea of falling on my ass in lie of a bunch 9 year-olds and my teenage instructor.  I also have lots of other interests.  bring together all that with the fact that I’m 32 can’t really assay broken limbs out of cause…  come up it’s just not gonna happen.  So I think I’m circumscribe with living out my skateboarding fantasies in the virtual world. So I caved this weekend and bought an XBox 360.  Essentially I bought a $500 skateboarding bet - .  Well that and a zombie killing game - .
